RETURN POLICY

Prior to receipt of your purchased arrangement, you may cancel your order for a full refund by emailing alicia@atosha.art.

Upon delivery of your arrangement, all sales will be considered final given the fragile nature of transporting each arrangement as well as the transfer of care and change in environment for these plants post hand-off. Thank you for your understanding.

PLANT CARE

The spines on some of these succulents can be quite small or invisible. Although they serve the plants well - they protect, provide shade, and direct moisture! - please use caution when unpacking. I add organic-based plant food periodically which may be attractive to pets (our dog certainly seems to like it!) and I have metal screening covering the bottom hole which can be pointy and sharp so do keep these plants out of reach of kids and pets.

All plants are sold "as is" and the survival and growth of any plant is not guaranteed. I recommend getting to know the conditions of your plants in their native range and trying to apply those principles as you develop your own care routine, keeping in mind that they need some extra care being indoors and in a container. Building your plant intuition, is a journey that keeps on giving so give yourself space to mess up and adjust along the way.
